SACRED FOREST CIRCLE
Join us on Thursday 17st of May, 7-9pm in the Forest Room, Gorey Business Park, for a deeply restorative and heart-opening gathering.
We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, allowing you to soften into your heart space, cultivate inner bliss, and connect more deeply with yourself. Following this, you will be immersed in a one-hour sound bath, where healing frequencies will wash over you, creating profound relaxation. During this time, another practitioner will be offering Reiki energy healing, enhancing the experience by clearing energetic blockages and restoring balance.

SOUND BATH
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience that uses healing sounds and vibrations to bring the body and mind into a state of relaxation and balance. Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create soothing frequencies that help release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore energy flow.
Join us for a sound bath evening on MAY 8th from 7:00 to 8:15 PM in the Forest Room, Gorey Business Park.
