A Half Day Retreat with Cynthia & Andra

There is something deeply healing about creating with your hands while listening to your heart.

Hands & Hearts is a nurturing half-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the joy of creating in a warm and supportive space. Together, we'll step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend an afternoon immersed in creativity, connection and restoration.

Our journey begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting presence and intention for the afternoon ahead. From there, you'll be guided into an intuitive creative painting session on canvas, where there is no right or wrong—only self-expression, exploration and the freedom to create from the heart.

We'll then move into guided reflection writing, offering space to pause, process and reconnect with your inner wisdom before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath and energy healing, allowing your body, mind and spirit to fully relax, receive and integrate.

Throughout the afternoon you'll enjoy nourishing finger food and herbal tea, with time to connect with like-minded souls or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings of Monbay Hill.

Your afternoon includes a cacao ceremony, creative painting on canvas (with all materials provided), guided reflection writing, a sound bath, energy healing, nourishing finger food and herbal tea.

Investment:

€80 per person. Deposit of €35 is required to secure your place, with the remaining €45 payable on the day of the retreat. Your deposit is non refundable after 8th of August when cancelling.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate and supportive experience.
